You can then add this captured imaged file anywhere you require – such as in an e-mail, a Blackboard announcement, PowerPoint slide or Word document. When you have finished selecting, save your captured image file by going to File > Save as… You will then be able to select a ‘box’ around the area of the computer screen that you would like to capture. For a simple option, select the New button. Start typing ‘Snipping Tool’ and the application will appear for you to select.
